The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the overall corporate B2B and B2C brand development strategy and marketing plan for the real estate business. This role will focus on executing marketing initiatives across various channels, managing external agencies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborating with the Managing Director to prioritise marketing objectives aligned with business goals.
Developing an annual marketing plan outlining key objectives, milestones, channels, and messaging.
Planning and managing the annual marketing budget, reporting any expenditure risks during regular corporate meetings.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, sales agents, creative consultants, media agencies, and suppliers.
Developing and coordinating branded content and copy across owned channels, including LinkedIn, SharePoint, website, social media, and marketing collateral.
Maintaining the corporate website with updated information and news articles.
Creating corporate marketing materials as required for the VICPROP Group.
Coordinating activities across business to support VICPROP Group functions.

**Description**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies for at least five years, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage and interact with marketing professionals.
Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices and tools including CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Canva, Adobe design suite, Wordpress, Social media platforms, etc.
Business or marketing degree preferred.
High level of social adaptability and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and capacity for constant improvement.
