About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Enterprise Agreement Strategy & Negotiation, the role will provide professional, high-level program documentation, support and coordination that contributes to the planning, negotiation, and implementation phases of AV's enterprise bargaining cycle. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participate in the planning, negotiation, and implementation phases of AV's enterprise bargaining cycle by coordinating and completing a suite of program support and administration activities including briefs, scheduling and reporting for the Enterprise Agreement (EA) team as well as program related committees, meetings and working groups.
- Coordinate and prepare EA meeting schedules, agenda items and support documentation. Record, prepare and distribute minutes and action registers. Follow-up on action items.
- Prepare and coordinate quality control of papers, briefings, presentations and action registers for EA Steering Committees, bargaining meetings and working groups.
- Support the operationalisation of agreed changes arising from new EAs, working collectively to update systems, policies, frameworks, and supporting documentation and processes.
- Establish, implement and manage systems and processes to support smooth program operations.

About You

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- A degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Experience in an industrial or employee relations environment, with the ability to provide advice when required.
- Substantial experience and expertise in providing high level program or project support within a large organisation or department.
- Demonstrated understanding of industrial instruments, principles and frameworks.
- Understanding and experience in regulatory, government and public sector environments (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to gain acceptance and support of ideas and the ability to modify style to accommodate situations and individuals.
- Demonstrated conceptual and problem-solving skills to constructively challenge and improve processes, approaches and thinking.

This position is graded an AV3 for which the salary range is $80,755 - $95,564 pa plus 10.5% superannuation. The expectation is that employees will commence at the base of the grade.
