**Part time permanent (3 days per week)**:

- **Circa $80k per annum + 11.5% Superannuation (pro rata)**:

Build on our established commitment to child safety by implementing and embedding the Child Safe Standards across Council. Use your knowledge of best practice to inform and influence outcomes in conjunction with our teams who deliver services to children, including Maternal and Child Health, Early Years education, Arts and Culture, Recreation and more. This role will play a vital part in planning, coordinating, and implementing our child safe activities within a collaborative and people focused team.

**About the Role**

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring our compliance with the Victorian Child Safe Standards and developing an action plan to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience working within the context of implementing Child Safe Standards e.g. human resources, community services, social sciences or related fields
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Child Safe Standards and reporting requirements
- Strong influencing, collaboration and change management skills
- Ability to collate, analyse and report child safety data for a range of audiences
