**Dynamic Risk Verification Coordinator**

**The role**:

- Reporting to the National Dynamic Risk Verification and Visible Leadership Manager and a part of the RiskManagement Team as a DVR Risk Verification Coordinator, you will support the National DRV and VL Manager to develop and implement a dynamic risk verification platform using digital and AI platforms.
- You will be tasked with carrying out DRV reviews of all company sites and related JV’s in order to detect areas of opportunity, gaps in compliance, and recognise good performance, and communicating with various parties to ensure that all information provided is accurate and meets our company’s standards.

**Key Activities**:

- Conduct DRV Site reviews, prepare reports and discuss finding with managers
- Anaylse DRV data and provide recommendations to the DRV and VL Manager on areas of focus/risk/compliance
- Provide advice to Site/Ops managers in the identification, assessment and control of risks in line with contents of the Integrated Risk Management Systems (IRMS)
- Coach and support site managers with system requirements
- Support and provide guidance to Ops/Site managers on implementation and ongoing management of he Dynamic Risk Verification system, external audits, and other inspection actions and or incident corrective and preventative actions
- Support DRV and VL Manager where required to upgrade or expand the DRV platforms(i.e. integration of SAM PM)
- Preparation of DRV Reports and statistical reports to ensure effective communication to business.
- Raise IRIS events to ensure close out of gaps identified from verifications.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Lead Auditor (or willing to obtain)
- A WHS Qualification / Envrinment Qualification (Cert 4 or above) is highly regarded but not mandatory AND/OR
- A minimum of 5 years experience in WHS/Environment management or relevant role ina high-risk industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independantly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Mocrosoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience using SAP is extremely desirable
