**About the role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our internal accounts team. This role is integral to our operations and involves account reconciliations, invoice preparation, and processing tasks across a range of business functions.

You’ll work alongside a close-knit group who take pride in their work and value collaboration. We’re looking for someone who not only has excellent experience with accounts and admin functions but is also a strong team player with a flexible mindset.

In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations across multiple internal systems
- Process and monitor accounts receivable across relevant systems
- Maintain service-related job records and associated documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and accurate processing
- Support the accounts team with general administrative duties

**About you**:
We’re seeking someone who brings:

- Proven experience in accounts or administration (experience with NetSuite is a plus)
- A high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and follow through on tasks
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute wherever needed

Highly desirable experience:

- Experience in the towing, logistics, or automotive industries
- Familiarity with payroll or job costing processes
