Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, organizing files, preparing reports, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Administrative and Office Management skills
- Experience in File Organization and Report Preparation
- Client Communication and Scheduling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the accounting or financial industry is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or related field
