An experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator is needed for a supportive team on the Gold Coast

**Your new role**
As the Accounts and Administration Officer, reporting to the Financial Controller, the primary objective of this position will be to ensure that all financial transactions for the business entities are processed and recorded correctly. Your duties will include:

- Process creditor payments, matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating discrepancies and data input.
- Entering invoices, matching to supplier statements
- Processing cheque runs and reports
- Answering any client or supplier queries
- Administration as required, filing, taking minutes and helping to answer the phone if busy
- Entering payroll time sheets

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are seeking an individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced, progressive and supportive environment. Key skills will include:

- Demonstrated experience in an end to end Accounts role, with experience in payables, receivables, reconciliations, and administration.
- Excellent communication across all levels of the business, and with external clients and suppliers.
- Detail orientated and able to diagnose payment issues.
- Experience performing complex account reconciliations.
- Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Flexible in their approach to work and continuously striving to improve processes.
