Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper
to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse client base, working closely with senior mentors who are committed to your development.

The Role: Your Day-to-Day

You'll be a key support member of our finance team, with duties including:

  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry:
    Managing financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • BAS & IAS Preparation:
    Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
  • Payroll:
    Supporting client payroll processing and related superannuation obligations.
  • Client Support:
    Assisting clients with basic accounting software queries (e.g.,
    Xero
    ,
    MYOB
    ).
  • Tax Compliance:
    Preparing basic tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
  • Administration:
    General office and accounting administration tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Accounting, Diploma of Accounting, or actively studying a Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce).
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting software, particularly
    Xero
    and/or
    MYOB
    , is a strong advantage.
  • A strong eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
