**About this role**:
Our client is a top tier, multi-disciplinary architecture practice who is looking to expand their New Business team and assist with progressing their work with client engagement, positioning, strategic pursuits, and persuasive pitches. As the New Business Leader you will manage an accurate pipeline that aligns with the business strategy, partnering with Principals to develop and produce high quality submissions and pitches.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and nurture existing client and collaborator relationships
- Proactively develop and implement the firm’s national business plans
- Proactively manage the practice’s pipeline in CRM across sectors
- Manage and produce submissions and presentations which capture win themes - Identify, share and celebrate best practice approaches to pursuits - Manage and attend client feedback and debrief sessions
- Partner with the Client + New Business team to plan, prep and manage client engagement activities
**Skills and Experience**:

- Client relationship management - Implementation of business plans - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build harmonious relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Intermediate to advanced software knowledge including Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, solve problems, and adapt priorities as required
