We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration Officer / Concierge to provide a welcoming presence at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home. Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility with an active social calendar that provides a full range of aged care services including dementia support.

The role of Administration Officer offers diversity in daily tasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a well rounded individual with a passion for customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have highly tuned administration skills along with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.

In addition, you will also be required to act in a front of house role as Concierge. In this role, you will assess a variety of visitors’ needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a professional and efficient manner.

This opportunity is a concierge focussed role, offered on an initially fixed term part time basis until January 2026, working two days per week 9am - 5pm with the roster negotiable with the successful applicant.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment, with understanding of financial management databases and payroll / rostering systems an advantage
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations

**The Role**
- Provide a customer-focused service for employees, residents, visitors and suppliers
- Assist in the collection and recording of resident information related to admissions
- Prepare and maintain admission and information packs
- Assist in management of payroll, rostering and accounts receivable / payable processing
- Assist with enquiries from families in regards to residents
- Be the face of Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Other administrative duties as required
