**The Role**
The Logistics Assurance Team leader within Collins Submarine Program will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Supply Chain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). You will be responsible for all ERP rollout support and sustainment activities into the future. The Logistics Assurance Team leader will be responsible to perform and achieve complex logistics compliance and assurance work within an integrated workforce. You will be required to administer and maintain materiel logistics data management plans and systems, inventory analysis and reports.
**About our Team**
- Have relevant experience or demonstrable knowledge in Defence inventory management processes;
- Be accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions to work through tasks and projects to meet deadlines;
- Undertake research and analysis, conduct reviews and perform procedural work to achieve results;
- Provide co-ordination, management and analysis of complex logistics reporting requirements;
- Generate responses to correspondence, briefs and reports for management;
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired results;
- Interpret and comply with legislative, policy, regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives;
- Have exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
