**The Role**
The Amphibious, Combat and Sealift Systems Program Office (ACSSPO) is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our high performing Business Management team. The successful applicant will be accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to ensure they have knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.
**About our Team**
The Business Management Team is a small, high-performing busy team that supports the Amphibious Combat and Sealift Systems Program Office (ACSSPO). The team is responsible for administrative support for military, APS and industry personnel across a range of activities including facilities, records management, security and personnel management.
The Business Management team seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual who:
- Is able to read, interpret and understand Defence policy.
- Is self-driven and able to manage competing priorities and resources.
- Is able to work independently.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
