We are searching for strong customer service people to join our team located at Brendale due to our expanding business we have opportunities in Electrical and Industrial roles. This is an opportunity for someone with the ambition and motivation to build a long-term career with a successful industry leader.

This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Brendale, Queensland**. Work hours are regular business hours Monday to Friday.

**Your Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Counter & Phone Sales, servicing electrical, industrial or lighting contractors.
- Processing & follow up of customers’ orders, quotes and telephone enquiries.
- Managing expediting export or industrial project orders to strict timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.
- Building and strengthening key customer relationships.

**About You**:

- Experience in customer service and sales essential.
- Experience in Electrical Wholesale is highly desirable
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Be computer literate with a professional phone manner.
- Have excellent organisation & communication skills with attention to detail.
- Safety awareness and a commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
- You have full Australian working rights
