**About the role**

In this **office-based internal sales role**, you will be the **first point of contact for customers**, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be responsible for **selling aluminium and stainless products.**

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Preparing sales quotes and orders
- Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
- Delivering excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded)
- Good communication and time management skills - with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
