**About the role**:
Join an innovative and forward-thinking team and play a crucial role to the execution of Media advertising and trade promotional activity as the Media and Trade Lead with us here at Officeworks.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Media, Trade and Strategy, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing Media and Trade programs across the business working with the wider marketing team, building relationships, and engaging with key stakeholders. You will be the key contact for all media agency engagement, assist with the Media implementation of the Supplier marketing programs and understand and assist in the development of new trade driving initiatives, and localised programs just to name a few.

You will:

- Collaborate to deliver Campaign Media recommendations, including briefing media agency, reviewing recommendations and schedules, developing matrix and other support documents, mid
- and post
- campaign performance review.
- Media planning and implementation of Supplier Marketing campaigns line with Merchandise business objectives including briefing, liaising with suppliers/buyers, integration across wider marketing team, implementation & post-analysis.
- Lead the day-to-day communications and relationship with our Media Agency, which includes facilitating the Weekly WIP, co-ordinating key briefings and debriefs, campaign timings and education sessions.
- Work with agency to deliver post-implementation reporting, in line with the business’ needs.
- Monthly coordination and maintenance of the key Trade Planning reference materials and communications to the wider business.

**About you**:
You have a strong background in media campaigns and buying media with expertise and understanding of retail and customer experience landscape ideal. You are proactive, resilient, solutions focused and a highly organised person that can manage multiply priorities, meet tight deadlines, and engage with stakeholders at all levels. In addition, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience buying media and managing multiple media campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in Marketing with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong media strategy, digital and planning experience
- Budget management skills
- You’re an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
