Lana Wilkinson is Australia's leading fashion footwear brand, known for bold, statement designs that bring confidence to every step. We're opening a brand-new Summer pop up store at Chadstone just in time for Christmas and we're looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our team from October through December.

This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in fashion retail during the busiest and most exciting time of the year and work with a leading Fashion brand.

What you'll be doing:

·      Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience.

·      Assisting customers with styling advice and product recommendations.

·      Supporting daily store operations including stock management, merchandising, sales and packing orders.

·      Contributing to a fun, positive team culture during extended Christmas trading hours.

What we're looking for:

·      A keen interest in fashion, styling, and customer experience.

·      Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

·      Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays during peak Christmas trade.

·      Previous retail experience is essential.
