Marketing Graduate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Graduate to join our Brand Marketing team at Roll'd Support Office. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will assist with the development and execution of the annual brand campaign plan, go-to-market activations, Local area marketing events and digital content development.

A newly created role, in a passionate & progressive business you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable customer experiences and supported to develop the necessary skills & knowledge as a first step into marketing. You will learn, plan and deliver every day and assist in driving business growth results.

**Key responsibilities of this role;**
- Must love Vietnamese street eats
- Work with cross-functional teams to activate brand activity & marketing plans
- Lead communication across multiple key stakeholders, monitor ROI performance
- Develop action plans to successfully execute all tasks assigned by team /manager
- Support the execution of major activity, optimisation of brand Communications & media strategy and execution maximizing returns across website, digital media, effective content, social media and events.
- Analyse insights/data/information relevant to activity
- Manage projects within agreed budget and project milestone timelines
- Support in coordination of meetings, conferences, presentations & customer events
- Bring your marketing ideas to the table, one’s that engage our customers and build raving Roll’d fans

**Key Competencies**:

- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, and you will be a strong team player with good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- A desire to meet and exceed goals & targets while being agile & adaptable.
- Exposure and knowledge of Social Media, Content Marketing, and/or being digital savvy is essential personal or study accepted
- Exposure to in QSR / hospitality, PR is highly regarded
- Results driven and a passion to deliver customer solutions
- Strong attention to accuracy & detail in numeric reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel Interstate, as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in Australia
