$30-35 per hour in a busy and fun environment
- 3 week temporary position with potential to be extended
- Varied role supporting the Marketing & Events team

**About the role**

This is a fast paced and exciting role where you will be the first point of contact for all customers and clients while also getting the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing and Events team to provide them with admin support. The hours will be 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

This is a temporary cover for 3 weeks with the possibility of being extended depending on our clients circumstances.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer external and internal phone calls
- Manage room bookings and set ups, catering orders and event support
- Greeting customers and clients
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and meeting rooms to a high standard

**About You**
- Be well polished and have a professional approach
- Have at least 1 year previous experience in a Reception/Admin position
- Have excellent communication skills
- Open minded and up for a good laugh
