NHP are currently going through an exciting digital transformation.

As our Content & Social Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and growing NHP’s social media footprint by managing our social communities. Monitoring performance of our social media channels and providing actionable insights as well as staying up to date on industry trends & changes.

You will be given the technology and resources to develop Social Media content plans that are consistent with NHP’s brand identity.

Other responsibilities include:

- Unearthing exciting and relevant stories from inside and outside the organisation to connect with target markets
- Supporting the team by analysing and providing recommendations on key social media data
- Collaborating with stakeholders to encourage utilisation of social platforms
- Film and edit engaging still and video content
- Work with stakeholders to ensure NHP’s brand is being represented and consistent with our guidelines

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- An in-depth knowledge of Brandwatch / FalconIQ social media management suite
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Qualifications in Marketing / Digital Communications / Business
- Experience in analytics and insights to maximise campaign performance
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, active distribution on major social platforms and measurements of results
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

**In addition, we are looking for a self-starter who has a bright personality and excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. With at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, you will have your ‘finger on the pulse’ and be up to date with the latest social media strategies and trends.
