About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative
Social Media Specialist
to lead content creation and engagement for the product portfolio. Working closely with the team, you will manage end-to-end social media strategies, build influencer partnerships, and produce content that aligns with brand vision while driving customer engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run the
social media calendar
for the product range. - Design and deliver
campaigns and content
across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. - Coordinate and produce
photograph and video content
, ensuring high creative standards. - Drive
influencer partnerships and gifting programs
, including collaborations with stylists and celebrities. - Manage and improve
campaigns
through Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms. - Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure all messaging is on-brand.
- Report on analytics and insights using
Google Analytics, Iconosquare, and similar tools
to track performance and suggest improvements. - Keep abreast of
social media trends
and apply fresh, innovative ideas to grow audience reach and engagement.
Key Requirements
- 2-3 years of
hands-on social media experience
in fashion, retail, or a similar creative industry. - Strong capability in
Instagram and Facebook management
at a brand level. Proficiency with:
Facebook Ads Manager / Business Manager
- Content scheduling tools (e.g., Schedugram or similar)
- Analytics platforms (Iconosquare, Google Analytics)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography and editing skills
highly desirable. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
- Must hold
valid working rights
in Australia. - Driver's licence and own vehicle preferred due to location.
