About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative
Social Media Specialist
to lead content creation and engagement for the product portfolio. Working closely with the team, you will manage end-to-end social media strategies, build influencer partnerships, and produce content that aligns with brand vision while driving customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and run the
    social media calendar
    for the product range.
  • Design and deliver
    campaigns and content
    across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and produce
    photograph and video content
    , ensuring high creative standards.
  • Drive
    influencer partnerships and gifting programs
    , including collaborations with stylists and celebrities.
  • Manage and improve
    campaigns
    through Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure all messaging is on-brand.
  • Report on analytics and insights using
    Google Analytics, Iconosquare, and similar tools
    to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Keep abreast of
    social media trends
    and apply fresh, innovative ideas to grow audience reach and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of
    hands-on social media experience
    in fashion, retail, or a similar creative industry.
  • Strong capability in
    Instagram and Facebook management
    at a brand level.
  • Proficiency with:

  • Facebook Ads Manager / Business Manager

  • Content scheduling tools (e.g., Schedugram or similar)
  • Analytics platforms (Iconosquare, Google Analytics)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photography and editing skills
    highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Must hold
    valid working rights
    in Australia.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle preferred due to location.
