We are seeking a Specialist Content & Social Media to provide a full range of online and social media services for our Communication Department that align with AV's strategic objectives.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based in Doncaster but within a work-from-home hybrid arrangement.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Manager Content Production the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with Ambulance Victoria's, vision, strategic objectives, target audiences and priorities
- Developing innovative and engaging social media content (including videos), for a range of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Partnering with the business to deliver engaging social media content which best showcases AV's work, assist in building positive relationships with key stakeholders and enhances and protects our reputation
- Monitoring and responding to customer comments with sound judgement and expertise
- Promoting AV's reputation and credibility in the health sector and wider community, positioning AV in the governmental, departmental and health environments as expert in the field of emergency health care
**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for this position, you will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (communication, public relations, marketing or journalism) and/or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Experience in successfully managing online and social media communications activities and campaigns that have delivered solid results, including planning, implementing, monitoring, moderating and evaluating social media communication projects
- Experience in using storytelling and narrative to promote key messages and engage audiences through the production of compelling content including producing and editing videos, infographics and other contemporary content for use on social media platforms
- Experience and technical capabilities to shoot photos and video, edit, general graphic design skills, manage digital assets, and proficiency with relevant software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to cope effectively with day-to-day work changes and shifting priorities
- A current Victorian Driver Licence

This position is graded an **AV4** for which the salary range is **$95,695 - $119,761 **pa plus 10.5% superannuation. The expectation is that employees will commence at the base of the grade.
