**About the Opportunity**

The Leisure Marketing team is accountable for driving leads, bookings, activation and engagement of RACV Members and customers.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 5 years+ experience in a social media role with experience in social strategy, content planning and creation, and community management principles
- Specialist in the field of consumer marketing with travel/hospitality speciality well regarded
- Creative skillset across written and visual mediums
- Excellent understanding of social media and role of influencers
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Familiar with content planning tools such as Brandwatch (desirable)
- Marketing Communications/PR degree
- Strong communication skills e.g., copy writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong creativity providing content that is engaging
- Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
