We are looking for an IT Information Process Responsible to start up the discipline of managing these cross-functional/cross-system information services to the benefit of your colleagues in IT and our stakeholders throughout Bavarian Nordic.

You will be part of the IT Enterprise Architecture team in our IT Department, a team of 60 passionate colleagues. We are situated in Denmark, the US, Switzerland, and Germany and cover all aspects of IT development & operation. You will be surrounded by a diverse group of IT professionals working with IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Compliance, Business Applications, and Project Management. This gives you easy access to knowledge & expertise and enables clarifying things as well as professional development.

The IT Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for the implementation, management, and architecture of the IT systems used close to production, QA, and R&D. You will:

- IT Information Process Management is a new discipline in Global IT, and you will have an influence on your role and impact
- Become the coordinator in the center of the web leading the development of the needed processes and tools to manage the cross-functional IT services together with our Integration Specialist and Enterprise Architect

**Primary work tasks**:

- Design cross-functional information services with internal and external specialists
- Ensure the stability of setup and operation
- Handle Major Incidents, when needed
- Coordinate change management of the services
- Collaborate with stakeholders for the flow and involve technology partners

**Salary**: $78,248.03 - $132,172.87 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus
