This fast growing, specialised company is focused on providing the highest quality, technologically advanced facial aesthetic and skincare products to medical aesthetic, cosmetic and dermatology professionals. They are in the midst of a successful launch of a new injectable product that is first in its class and highly anticipated in the market.
**The Role - part time, 3 days/wk**
The Medical Information Specialist is responsible for:
- Responding to internal and external medical information inquiries
- Providing up to date, accurate, and relevant medical, pharmaceutical, and technical information related with the company's products
- Liaising with Key Opinion Leaders
- Handling reports relating to product faults and adverse events
- Ensuring the customers remain satisfied by delivering high quality customer service
- Engage in some ad hoc project work
- Melbourne office based with some WFH flexibility
- Degree qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or Biomedicine
- Experience in a Medical Information/MSL role
- Sound knowledge of pharma industry medical information policies and procedures
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to search, understand and summarise scientific literature
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Computer skills (MS-Office, internet expertise)
