**The opportunity**
In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Procurement and Contracts team, with a focus on fleet coordination, purchasing, and general administration. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, processing purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. A key aspect of your role will be managing Warrigal’s fleet, including scheduling vehicle maintenance, handling registration renewals, and overseeing both commercial and private company vehicles.
You will also coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of pool cars and buses.
Additionally, you will support supplier compliance, process invoices, and ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained. You will collaborate with internal teams, such as Property Services and People & Culture, to ensure all fleet and vehicle needs are met.

**The requirements**
**Essential**:
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Alignment with Warrigal’s core values of innovation, respect, compassion, and integrity.
- A current NSW driver’s license.
**Desirable**:
- A proactive attitude towards process improvement and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of effective file and document management practices.
