SIXT Australia is seeking a **Fixed Term Full Time Procurement Administrator **to join the team.

**Your Opportunity**:

- To understand the current baseline expenditure profile including all the drivers that make up that expenditure for all expenditure projects within the procurement category.
- To understand the trends, technology changes, suppliers and economic factors of the complete supply industry markets relating to each procurement category.
- Preparation of all pre tender and tender documentation in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.
- To understand and document all procurement specifications and requirements.
- Evaluation in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, of all tender responses or costing exercises ensuring all key variables are considered before decision making via the use of evaluation matrices.
- The ability to provide support to negotiate at all levels both internally and externally and having the awareness of the scale of negotiation power in each negotiation and negotiating accordingly.
- Completing managing the end to end process of a small number of categories
- Develop, maintain and advertise a preferred supplier register for all suppliers in each procurement category.
- Have a deep understanding and experience of the full purchase to pay process (P2P) and assist in the development of new procedures, processes and solutions for the P2P system.
- Provide Support to turn business purchase requests (PR’s ) into purchase orders (PO’s)
- Promoting the P2P process to all internal stakeholders and coaching them through the change where applicable.
- Complying with the group procurement policy and making recommendations for change where necessary to strengthen the documentation.
- Compliance to internal contract management register (CRMS)
- Maintain and report on a register of savings and other benefits derived from implementing the procurement category strategy.
- Comply with NRMA policies and procedures for health and safety
- Contract Management experience as well the ability to provide support to formulate contracts and schedules to contracts using the standard contract template agreements for goods and services.
- Manage all the suppliers within your categories via the appropriate management technique (eg Periodic scheduled meetings, Contractual KPI’s, checking invoices, reporting and contract management).
- To communicate and liaise effectively with all internal stakeholders within the business and to fully understand the operational parameters, budgetary parameters, drivers and risks that the stakeholders are working with.
- Provide coaching to all stakeholders on commercial, negotiation, tendering and contracting issues.

**About You**:

- At least 3 years procurement experience as a procurement specialist with primary accountability for tendering, contract management and end to end procurement processes.
- Influencing, ability to coach and develop stakeholders, manage performance and achieve objectives.
- Experience in understanding baseline procurement expenditure and identifying key drivers
- Knowledge of the Purchase to Pay process and experience in challenging purchase requests
- Procurement/Business acumen combined with highly developed strategic and commercial skills
- Accurate analytical skills underpinned by well-developed strategic thinking
- Demonstrated commercial and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and communications skills
- Experience of end to end procurement processes including RFI, RFP etc.
- Competency in reviewing and formulating supply contracts
