Role purpose
The key purpose of the Operations Manager is to be the primary lead on cleaning, security, risk and compliance, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with the Vicinity quality standards whilst driving sustainable and value-add efficiencies. Critical to the administration of the centre’s health and safety management system, environmental management plan and statutory compliance obligations, the Soft Services Manager nurtures a culture that strives to operate a ‘best practice’ environment and lead industry standards for all activities with a focus on sustainability across waste and water. This role is pivotal in ensuring the centre helps bring the Vicinity brand to life by enriching the customer and retailer experience through provision of a safe, presentable and a comfortable environment where our Vicinity communities love to connect.
