Our store combines a curated selection of premium hair care products and services with unique in-store experience. The Assistant Manager will be dynamic and experienced, passionate about the hair and beauty industry and will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience.

**What You’ll Do**

**Lead and Inspire**: Supporting the Store Manager, you will support them in coaching and mentoring the team, keeping them motivated to provide exceptional customer service.

**Sales and Performance**:Drive sales and meet targets while ensuring the store operates efficiently.

**Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, ordering and inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized.

**Customer Engagement**: Create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering personalized, expert advice and exceptional service.

**Marketing and Events**: Collaborate on in-store promotions, events, and community activities to engage and retain customers.

**Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the store is visually appealing with well-organized, exciting displays and product presentations.
