**THE ROLE**

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity and enthusiasm to Digital Marketing, and sees fashion and inclusivity not just as perks to the role, but as your passions.

**Digital Marketing & Ecommerce**
- Play a key role in bringing new collections to life—supporting product launches and promotions across our site and key digital channels.
- Manage shopper reviews inclusive of responses, publishing and identifying trends.
- Help shape the storefront by assisting with Shopify merchandising and making sure every product shines.

**Social Media & Graphic Design**
- Write copy that is smart, cheeky, inclusive—and just the right amount of seductive.
- Engage with our community through thoughtful comment replies that reflect our brand values.

**Customer Service**
- Be the voice of the brand—delivering exceptional service through Gorgias and Meta platforms (approx an hour each day).
- Get to know what makes our shoppers tick, and use that knowledge to inspire our marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with our 3PL partners to track orders, resolve issues, and keep things moving smoothly.

**YOU MIGHT BE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU**
- Bring passion for content creation and a strong affinity for Gen Z and Millenials, knowing what makes them tick.
- Have a love for style and a drive to help others feel seen, confident, and celebrated.
- Show up with positive energy, take pride in your work, and are motivated to grow.
- Have 1-3 years experience in D2C digital marketing, with graphic design as part of your skill set.
- Have experience with Canva, Shopify, Gorgias and social media scheduling platforms (training given).
- Enjoy working in a small team, are adaptable, proactive, and energized by a role that evolves with you and the brand.
- Know a thing or two about lingerie products.

**HOURS & LOCATION**
- 4-5 days per week
- Hybrid with 1-2 days per week from our Rosebery office

**COMPENSATION**
- $60-90,000 depending on experience
