In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.
As Ksubi's Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the online growth and content exposure across all digital channels for the brand. You will drive digital marketing strategies, maintain strong budget discipline, manage key external agency partnerships and are the central reporting figure for the business across all digital channels.
**A Day in the Life**
- Daily monitoring of key acquisition channels monitoring performance against sales targets and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Managing dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure easy access of data for internal and external parties to assess performance and drive growth.
- Leading twice weekly strategic calls with external agencies to ensure deliverability of campaigns and accountability against KPIs you have set.
- Weekly trade reporting sharing performance insights and actionable opportunities from paid media, CRM and affiliates with wider departments.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to implement the acquisition / retention strategies as developed with the Head of Online.
- Liaising with internal teams Retail, Marketing, Creative to curate and execute cohesive multi-channel content journey for customers whilst ensuring critical path deadlines are met.
**This is you if you have**
**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- 5+ years’ experience managing acquisition and retention strategies leveraging paid media, CRM and affiliates
- Confident using Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Proven experience in delivering reports/dashboards showing online channels performance with actionable insights (advanced GA4 Looker knowledge)
- Results focused with proven strategies implemented to increase traffic and sales
- Clear understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and platforms (Shopify knowledge is Highly regarded)
- Experience in Affiliates networks management
- Tech Savy and constantly on top of the latest ecommerce and digital advertising trends and features
- Experience in the Retail Industry is highly regarded
- You are a gun trouble shooter with exceptional attention to detail
- Degree or Tertiary qualification is highly regarded, particularly Marketing
