**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, the Operations Coordinator handles day-to-day activities that enable business processes and functions to run smoothly. The role requires exceptional organisational, time management and project tracking abilities, as well as strong communication skills.

This full-time role will be based in our head office in Mulgrave.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Proactive management of any cases raised through the Client Portal.
- Supporting our operations team together with the General Manager - Operations and working with them to achieve a consistent and quality services outcomes across our client base.
- Providing monthly reports related to all cases raised through the Client Portal ensuring each case is responded to in a timely fashion and with a clearly documented resolution at the earliest opportunity to do so.
- Intervene when required and work with the General Manager - Operations, State Manager or Client Services Manager to make whatever changes may be required to achieve expected service outcomes when and where required.
- Manage and direct all operations calls received to the Melbourne office.
- Be the primary internal liaison point to assist to coordinate resolution of any raised Staff Technical support requests related to internal systems or the Client Portal and proactively assist to resolve ASAP.
- Maintain a sense of urgency to all requests and respond quickly to resolve and close each case.
- Manage ACS’s Test & Tag compliance requirements through the compliance system.
- Ensure all required OH&S and compliance documentation is up to date in the compliance system.
- Manage all ACS’s sub-contractor’s insurance compliance and follow-up with sub-contractors to submit updated documents.
- Manage client compliance portals and ensure all required documents are updated as required.
- Attend all OH&S compliance meetings and internal / external audits.
