**About the role**

We are seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Life Fitness Australia Pty Ltd in Mulgrave, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for coordinating the efficient storage and distribution of our spare parts inventory to support our fitness equipment service and maintenance operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Interpret and translate technical parts information to assist field technicians and customers with parts identification and ordering
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement processes to ensure stock control and replenishment
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of critical spare parts
- Support the implementation of new warehouse management systems and technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations and parts distribution

**What we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in a parts or warehouse coordinator role, ideally within a service-oriented industry
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical manuals and parts information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with technicians and customers
- Sound inventory management and stock control skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve parts availability and logistics issues
