This role is an opportunity to work with project managers to ensure risks, issues, schedules, and project change controls are current and accurate in line with reporting deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and raise awareness to program managers if there are data quality concerns with reporting, risks and issues or schedules to assist in facilitation of divestment activity by the project managers.
- Establish and maintain Steering Committee Terms of Reference and Governance model, in line with the Portfolio requirements.
- Manage a broad series of reports, data sets, data points
- Produce Steering Committee papers and Working Group materials for the Program Manager and provide secretariat services in core governance meetings.

**Skills and experience**
- Your background will be Project Delivery in Financial Services Transformation and should have experience in the following:

- Worked in similar PMO Lead, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst roles
- Experience in wealth and/or financial services - beneficial
- Previously supported multiple Project Managers
- Superior Skills using Microsoft Office suite - Essential
- Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) providing leadership and direction of major transformational/business portfolio/ enterprise PMO or program delivery function, involving strategic value and high impact for the organisation.
- Previous Divestment experience is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of Portfolio Management principles, approaches, techniques and tools.
