The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking Audience Engagement Representatives to support the delivery and administration of Audience Engagement and Learning programs, projects and events whilst ensuring high quality customer service in line with the NGV Service Standards.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Audience Engagement Representative is responsible for assisting team members of the Audience Engagement and Learning department to provide end-to-end support for program and event delivery and administration. Other key responsibilities include:

- Providing a high level of customer service and communication, and a welcoming and engaging environment during and after programs and events in a respectful manner
- Providing communication support to key stakeholders, including artists, performers, program speakers and facilitators, audiences and NGV staff and teams
- Building and maintaining consistent and appropriate dialogue between managers and colleagues regarding issues or feedback arising from programs and events.

You will have previous experience in working in an administrative or customer service role in a busy environment. General knowledge of the history of visual arts and an understanding of the operations of a visual arts institution or related environment would be an advantage.
