The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Project Officer to assist in providing administrative and project support within the Audience Engagement department.

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Audience Engagement including creating, maintain and updating files, databases, records and documents. Other responsibilities include:

- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and notes, creating or tracking task timelines, budgets and project schedules, and administering invoices
- Provide support to Audience Engagement programs and projects, including drafting and reviewing communications, sourcing information and images, corresponding with NGV and other stakeholders and assisting with the preparation and collation of presentations, proposals, and reports.

Applicants with an understanding of and an interest in the arts industry will be well regarded.
