We are looking at expanding our Sydney team and hiring a Creative Strategist. Being in the top 1% of Advertisers across Facebook and Instagram, you will be working and learning with the best people in the industry.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Creative Strategist specialising in Tiktok ad creation. They will work closely with our United States production team to develop engaging content ideas, create scripts, and analyse our top-performing ads.
They will also work with our content manager, photographer and render to keep a constant flow of fun and engaging content for our website and social media and much much more.

**In this role you will**:

- Assist in transitioning current Creative Agency activities in-house
- Own and/or support the team in managing Paid Social / Display Marketing campaigns across channels, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Assist in channel-specific ad creative ideation, strategy and testing
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide reports that support both past and future data-informed actions and hypotheses
- Liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) about ad performance
- Run experiments to identify points of inefficiency and creatively improve performance
- Monitor industry trends across digital channels, specifically TikTok and Instagram.

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong idea of how the Tiktok algorithm works and what makes a successful video.
- Advanced writing skills with superior vocabulary, ability to express yourself and excellent grammar/attention to detail.
- Has experience in Direct Response Copywriting
- You consider yourself an analytical thinker with a structured working style.
- You are a highly motivated individual who has experience in dealing with several projects simultaneously

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
