Opportunity Overview

Core Asset Co. is looking to add an Asset Management Consultant to our Brisbane team, in response to our steady business growth. This role involves leading and executing projects, both independently on smaller tasks and as a team leader on larger ones. You'll also play a key role in guiding and developing our junior staff. Expect occasional travel to client sites.

Candidate Profile

This position is suited for individuals with a solid background in Asset Management who are adept at problem-solving and ready to tackle new challenges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management.
  • Proven understanding and implementation of effective asset management strategies.
  • Ability to enhance asset performance for clients.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Methodical work approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have Australian working rights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years in consulting or professional services
  • Project management certification or similar.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto)
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
Contract Details

Full-time position with a clear path for career progression based on performance and team contributions.
