Home Lending Executive

A bit about the role:
We’re looking for a Home Lending Executive to join our phone-based Proprietary Lending team. This role is all about building long-lasting relationships and delivering tailored lending solutions to our customers. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction, helping customers achieve their home finance goals with ease and expertise.

Your day-to-day:

- Help customers achieve their home finance goals tailored to their needs
- Work with customers over the phone who have come through as digital leads
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain existing proprietary relationships

A bit about you:

- Relationship-focused and customer-centric
- Skilled in asking the right questions to uncover customer needs
- Confident communicator with excellent discovery skills
- Passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences

We’re interested in hearing from people with:

- Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
- Well-developed knowledge of home lending products and current responsible lending legislation
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
