As our Home Lending Direct Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through initiating quality conversations across all products and services including home loans.

You will do this by:

- Holding personalised and effective needs-based conversations with our customers to understand and identify New Lending opportunities and service of existing loan needs, building customer rapport and genuine long-lasting relationships.
- Providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively retaining customers through conversations via our inbound line channel and outbound calling initiatives.
- Participating in community engagement and business development events

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

- An absolute passion for helping our customer’s achieve their banking and financial goals.
- Lending experience and BOC accredited is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to allow a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- The ability to work autonomously and keep up within a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Ability to help grow the business by identifying and executing lead opportunities
- Sound knowledge of existing and competitor product
