The Nudge Group are working with a rapidly scaling, full-service video production firm, this is a team filled with results-driven storytellers, they work with large enterprise companies to bring brand stories to life. This is done through video content strategy, creative direction, script writing, filming, editing and motion graphics and animation.

The central hub is great for team collaboration and, the quirky break out rooms are perfect for strategic planning and focus. The company has doubled revenue YoY for the last 3 years running, and that’s without a dedicated sales person, so this opportunity is massive.

To this role you will bring:

- A good network and existing relationships with Marketing teams in Enterprise companies, any and all industries would be nice. That may be CMO, Brand Manager(s), Marketing Managers etc.
- A passion for brand story telling and the positive impact it makes to a firms success
- Proven experience and ability to demonstrate achievements in a new business sales role
- Proven experience growing revenue through existing accounts.
- Experience developing and defining sales processes
- Desire and ambition to grow into a leadership role overtime
- Strong client-focus with first-class relationship management skills.
- A creative flair will go a long way.

The office is located in North Sydney and is easily accessible via public transport, the team are working mostly in office (because it’s awesome), however there is flexibility and it’s likely you’ll be out and about promoting this brand and meeting with clients a lot of the time.

This role is sales focused, the production team will develop the creative proposals and pitches, so you can focus on opening up the doors, setting the meetings and closing the deals.
