**We are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist who**

**Will ensure best in class delivery of our learning and development programs across the business including our North Sydney office, Nespresso Boutiques, Customer Relationship Centre and Trade partners. Your thirst for knowledge (and coffee) and passion for developing others will be a great fit with the team and will ensure your success in the position. **This is a truly rewarding role, with a high level of visibility across the business and genuine sense of individual and team achievement.**

**Strong time management and organisational skills, cross-functional stakeholder management & communications experience, an engaging & highly adaptable communication style, and a passion for our brand will secure your success in the role. In addition, a commercially-focused mindset & critical thinking and reflection abilities will set you apart from the rest. **Your main responsibilities will include**:

- **Executing core training programs in Australia and New Zealand (including face-to-face and digital/virtual), including onboarding, compliance, service, sales & leadership, among others**:

- **Supporting product & brand campaigns across AU/NZ with training plans aligned to commercial objectives & adapted for unique functional & market needs**:

- **Working with key stakeholders to identify ad-hoc learning needs, align on learning plans, and see through to project completion**:

- **Partnering with external suppliers to facilitate external training and produce supporting training collateral
