About the Role

The Bid Writer will play a key role in planning, writing and coordinating tender submissions across a diverse range of industries.

You'll work closely with our strategy, design and marketing specialists to develop compelling content that clearly communicates our clients' value propositions and differentiators.

• Write and edit persuasive, high-quality submissions, proposals and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and translate technical information.
• Lead or contribute to storyboarding, editing and review processes.
• Support bid strategy, project management and compliance.
• Work to tight deadlines with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office, reporting to the CEO.

About You

You're an agile, thoughtful communicator who thrives under pressure and brings ideas to life through words. You have:

• At least 3+ years' experience in bid writing, copywriting, communications or business development.
• Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive and concise content.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Confidence in managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience briefing design teams.

You'll help our clients put their best foot forward. Turning complex information into persuasive, high-scoring submissions that tell a compelling story.
