This is a broad role that will provide you with exposure to many different departments within our client, making it a great opportunity to join if you have future leadership or alternate career aspirations. In this role you will be supporting the Sales Team during the tender process; this includes writing components of tenders, bid responses, research and collaboration, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding customer value, bid criteria and associated bid strategies to articulate the solution in a clear, concise and compelling response
- Creating and managing bid timelines and quality expectations in document preparation and bid submission
- Scheduling, coordinating and facilitating meetings with relevant stakeholders for each stage of the tender process
- Adopting a mindset of continuous improvement and problem solving
To be successful, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise based off commerciality of opportunities
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with a 'Customer First' mentality
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Commerce or Law. Other educational backgrounds and experiences will be considered.
