We now have a newly created opportunity for a driven and innovative Learning and Development Leader to join the HR team in Sydney. Reporting to the HR Growth Accelerator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the learning and development initiatives within Aegros and supporting our overall goals.
As a trusted partner you will work closely with business leaders and HR to ensure that all learning experiences and training programs align with our strategic objectives as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:
**This is what you will be doing...**
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop appropriate learning solutions, and deliver engaging training experiences.
- Elevating our leadership effectiveness through coaching of models and frameworks
- Conducting needs assessments, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Creating meaningful metrics that evaluate the success and impact of our learning and development programs to create sustainable change
- Leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of all Aegrosians.
- Redesigning compliance requirements to maximise interest and engagement with content in creative ways
- Designing and delivering a career development framework
**You will bring...**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or related discipline.
- 10+ years in the Human Resources field
- Strong business acumen through demonstrated experience in supporting the creation of business strategy and identifying organizational and talent implications.
- Strong track record in providing coaching and mentoring to leaders at all levels.
- A growth mindset with a track record of creating and adopting innovative HR programs and practices.
- A strong influencer of people to drive optimal outcomes, proven ability to diagnose complex problems and drive effective and sustainable countermeasures.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to problem solving in a continuously changing environment
