Learning & Development / People & Culture Coordinator

Location:

Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

Learning & Development Advisor
 to join our high-performing team for a 6 month contract.

Reporting to the 
Capability Director
, you'll play a key role in designing and embedding impactful learning programs across the organisation. Your work will support the growth and development of employees at all levels, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and capability uplift.

About the role

Manage L&D Programs and Processes

  • Manage the end-to-end processes for L&D programs and mandatory learning requirements, with support from the L&D Coordinator.
  • Evaluate and report on program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Utilise project management principles to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Create and Manage Content

  • Effectively use appropriate learning technology tools for content creation or editing – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, LMS.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant source material needed to create content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across VetPartners.
  • Create or edit content aligned with solution design, following organisational practices, style guidelines and quality standards for content creation.

About You

You're an adaptable and solutions-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working with ambiguity. Resilient and proactive, you bring a steady, collaborative approach to navigating competing priorities and supporting people-focused initiatives. Above all, you're passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and contributing to a positive, people-centred culture.

You will also bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, OD or a related field
  • Ability to coordinate end-to-end learning and development solutions, including basic shell design of digital programs and embedding learning and e-learning programs
  • Experience managing cross functional and multi-stakeholder projects within complex corporate and multi-site environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders
