**Learning & Development Advisor**
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement, and will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Are you passionate about empowering others through learning? VetPartners is looking for a driven and collaborative **Learning & Development Advisor** to join our high-performing team for a 6 month contract.

Reporting to the **Capability Director**, you’ll play a key role in designing and embedding impactful learning programs across the organisation. Your work will support the growth and development of employees at all levels, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and capability uplift.

This is a dynamic role that blends **learning design**, **program management**, and **facilitation**, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
Manage L&D Programs and Processes
- Manage the end-to-end processes for L&D programs and mandatory learning requirements, with support from the L&D Coordinator.
- Evaluate and report on program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Utilise project management principles to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Create and Manage Content
- Effectively use appropriate learning technology tools for content creation or editing - Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, LMS.
- Identify and evaluate relevant source material needed to create content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across VetPartners.
- Create or edit content aligned with solution design, following organisational practices, style guidelines and quality standards for content creation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Tertiary qualification in HR, OD or a related field - Cert IV TAE advantageous
- Ability to implement end-to-end learning and development solutions, including designing and embedding learning and e-learning programs
- Experience managing cross functional and multi-stakeholder projects within complex corporate and multi-site environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders
