Please note working hours (shift start time 4:00 AM finishing between 8am - 9:30 AM)

**About you**:An experienced, professional, and self-directed Administrator and Customer Service Officer who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds

**About the role**: Providing support to the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of client's administrative performance. Your role in this broad and challenging opportunity will be to work closely with customers, sales team, and head office across the company to achieve their business goals.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Comply with company policies by managing administrative systems and procedures.
- The handling of cash and reconciling of bank accounts.
- Ensure accurate data entry of goods received.
- Managing accounts and enquires.
- Direct contact with customers
- Receiving payments from the customers.
- Supporting the sales team when necessary
- Assisting general administration as needed

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Work experience in an administrative/customer service role.
- Having experience with Windows, Excel and SAP would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadliness
- Ability to communicate and engage with people
