A passionate service provider company is looking for their new superstar to join their team
They pride themselves on providing a fantastic customer service, working with commercial sites only and on exciting projects all around Melbourne, this position is not to be missed

**Your new role**

Day to day you will have to schedule a team of 11 electricians and 5 plumbers to go on site, you will also need to coordinate sub contractors when needed.
Assist with planning and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed on time in accordance with schedule requirements, clients and customer expectations.

- Monitor work using Service Manager
- Schedule distribute to field & close out work order related activities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the image of the Company

**What you'll need to succeed***
- **Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour**:

- **Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone**:

- **Experience using service manager is a plus**
