Exciting Position for Service advisors or experienced Mechanic’s looking to move off the tools

**Your new role**
We are seeking to speak to Mechanics who are looking to welcome their next exciting career move. Within this role you will be the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance of the vehicle whilst up keeping customer satisfaction.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- be successful in this role you will have a career driven and positive attitude, as well as the following.
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is looked upon highly
- Strong knowledge of the Automotive industry, trade qualification favourable
- Proven ability to work independently
- Have a strong outcome focus on both safety as well as quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong Customer service skills
- Competent computer skills
- Leadership capabilities
