WHAT YOU WILL DO EACH DAY
- This Customer Service Coordinator position will undertake data entry for processing customer orders, setting up new customer accounts and coordinating the despatch of customer orders. Along with liaising with courier/freight companies and stock rotation and reconciliation.
- The role will need to maintain a very high level of customer service and ensure all records are up to date.
- The position will also participate in reviewing and writing procedures and following up on back orders.
- You will work with a team across sales, marketing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, finance, supply chain and the warehouse.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Current or recent experience of 2+ years in a similar role is ideal.
